Most customers want our standard flyers in A5 or A6, but four specialist formats are worth knowing about before you order. Standard flyers are the workhorse: A4 down to DL, single or double-sided, from 50 copies. Folded leaflets add fold panels for menus, service guides, multi-page promotions. Creased leaflets use heavy stock with a precise crease for a premium magazine-grade fold. Perforated flyers have a tear-off line for vouchers, response cards and coupons. Perforated folded leaflets combine a fold with tear-off — useful for direct mail with a response section.

Choosing the right paper stock

For general flyer distribution, 170gsm silk is the default. Sharp print, vibrant colour, sturdy enough for letterbox drops without tearing. Step up to 250gsm or 350gsm silk with lamination when you want the flyer to feel more premium — the kind of weight that signals "kept" rather than "binned". Drop to 130gsm uncoated when the flyer needs to be writeable (forms, vouchers, response cards) or when budget rules at very high volumes. Setting up artwork for print-ready flyers

Five rules that prevent the most common file issues: supply a print-ready PDF; 300dpi at finished size; CMYK colour mode (RGB will be converted with unpredictable colour shifts); 3mm bleed on every edge with crop marks turned on; critical content at least 5mm from the trim edge.
